Berwick City is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Trainee Parts Interpreter to join their dynamic team located at their Berwick Nissan Dealership.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Key Responsibilities
- Handle guest requests, take sales and quotation enquiries
- Ensure daily orders are placed on time
- Contribute to the efficient management of parts inventory, including ordering, receiving, and organising parts.
- Monitor inward and outward freight arrangements
- Accurately maintain records of parts transactions, invoices, and inventory levels.
- Develop a solid understanding of automotive parts and accessories
- Work closely with our experienced Parts Interpreter team, technicians, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
YOU
- Possess some technical/mechanical knowledge and ability
- Highly organised, with excellent time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer skills.
- Interest in automotive parts and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Be flexible and enjoy working in a team environment
